Job Description

Drive company growth by identifying opportunities, converting potential leads, and counseling prospective students/clients. As a Sales Executive, you will build relationships and drive enrollments.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Contact company-provided leads via phone calls and WhatsApp services, and membership plans.
  • Guide prospective clients through the enrollment process.
  • Follow up with interested customers and answer their queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth client onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive customer experience.
