Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • We need a profile with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
  • Maintain regular communication with potential customers.
  • Convert leads into sales through effective follow-up and relationship management.
  • Update customer information and sales records in the system.
  • Handle back-office operations and documentation work.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
  • Achieve sales conversion targets and maintain daily follow-up reports.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM, etc.).
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Experience in telecalling, sales, or back-office work is preferred.
