Job Description

  • Strong communication abilities
  • Generate leads through telecalling for AC Sales, AMC, Service & Maintenance.
  • Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, AMC renewals and service requirements.
  • Explain company products, services and AMC plans to customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into sales/service opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Service Team for customer requirements.
  • Maintain daily call records, lead status and follow-up reports.
