Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to generate leads and appointments from real estate and allied industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Yugen Realty’s offerings.
- Generate leads for newspaper/magazine advertising, digital promotions and trade events.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Fix meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain lead database and daily calling/follow-up records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
KRA (Key Result Areas):
- Daily outbound calling and qualified lead generation.
- Monthly appointment/meeting targets.
- Consistent follow-up and lead conversion support.
- Database development and reactivation of old clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly lead/revenue contribution targets.
Skills Required:
- Good communication in Gujarati, Hindi & English.
- Confident telephone communication and convincing ability.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and CRM.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
