Store Manager – QSR (1–2 Years Experience)

Seeking an experienced Store Manager with 1–2 years of experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry. Responsible for managing daily store operations, leading and training team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth workflow. Skilled in handling staff management, inventory control, food costing, and monitoring food variance. Capable of maintaining operational standards, controlling costs, and ensuring efficient store performance while achieving business goals.
