Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive / Content CreatorJob DescriptionWe are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and independently handle basic video/photo shoots.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Create and publish engaging Reels, Videos, Posts, Stories, and Shorts.
• Plan and execute a regular social media content calendar.
• Should be comfortable coming on-site for video/photo shoots.
• Handle basic video shooting using mobile camera/camera.
• Create creative and engaging video content according to the brand.
• Basic knowledge of video editing, Reels editing, thumbnails, captions, and trending formats.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, hashtags, and algorithms.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
• Help increase brand awareness, engagement, followers, and leads through social media.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Facebook, Instagram & YouTube.
• Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing.
• Good communication and creative skills.
• Should know how to shoot videos and photos for social media.
• Basic knowledge of video editing apps/software.
• Knowledge of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts is preferred.
• Creative mindset with an eye for trending content.
• Candidate should be comfortable appearing in videos if required.
• Candidate ProfileFresher or experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in Social Media Marketing / Content Creation / Video Shooting will be preferred.
• Should be active on social media and understand current trends.
• Portfolio / previous work samples are highly preferred.
