Electrical Site Cordinator

Reporting To: Project Manager / Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities between Head Office and Project Sites.
• Collect and maintain DPR, manpower, material and progress reports.
• Follow up with site engineers/supervisors for pending work and requirements.
• Coordinate material, manpower, equipment and transportation requirements.
• Maintain project documents, drawings, approvals and correspondence.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports for management.
• Coordinate with procurement, accounts, clients and site teams.
• Track project targets and highlight delays/issues to management.
• Maintain proper project-wise records and Excel trackers.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of transmission line/construction work.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Main Objective

Ensure smooth coordination between office and site so that project work, materials, manpower, documentation and progress are controlled on time.
