Senior E-Commerce Executive

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an E-commerce Listing Management professional. The role involves creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms, including writing clear product titles and descriptions, setting accurate prices, and managing product attributes and categories. The individual will monitor listing performance, track inventory status, coordinate with sales and operations teams, and ensure that product information is consistent and compliant with platform guidelines. Daily tasks include analyzing listing data, responding to basic customer inquiries related to product information, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve visibility, conversions, and overall sales performance.

• Candidates should possess a background or strong interest in commerce and e-commerce operations.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills to interpret listing performance, pricing trends, and platform data.
• Candidates should possess communication and customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and support customers effectively.
• Candidates should possess sales awareness to understand product positioning, promotions, and conversion-focused listing optimization.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets or listing tools for managing large volumes of product data.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage time effectively, and handle multiple listings and tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar platforms) is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in commerce, business, or a related field is an advantage, along with prior experience in e-commerce or retail.
