Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Sales Executive to handle online inquiries, communicate with customers, generate sales, and convert leads into business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily IndiaMART inquiries and leads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product details.
  • Follow up regularly with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Share product details, quotations, catalogs, and other information with customers.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and the internal team.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART, online sales, or business development.
  • Good knowledge of IndiaMART lead handling and follow-up.
  • Good computer and internet knowledge.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication.


Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Work Location: Surat, Gujarat | On-Site
