Sales Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to lead sales activities and drive revenue growth in the Fashion industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of sales experience, strong team-handling abilities, and good knowledge of customer and market requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day sales activities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
• Track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper product presentation and customer service.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve sales-related issues.
• Coordinate with inventory and other teams to ensure product availability.
• Drive sales growth and improve customer retention.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers and sales team members.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years
