Job Description
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions. ● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. ● Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers for order confirmation. ● Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. ● Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and maintain proper lead records. ● Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer requirements. ● Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally. ● Visit clients and potential customers whenever required. ● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. ● Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM/ERP records regularly. ● Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up as required. ● Participate in sales meetings and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
