📍 *Location:* Surat, Gujarat

💰 *Salary:* ₹15,000–₹18,000/month + Incentives

🕒 *Employment Type:* Full-Time

*Role Overview:*

We are looking for a BDE / Sales Executive to handle both business development and sales activities for our solar solutions.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Generate new leads through calling, references, networking and other channels.

• Contact prospective customers and understand their solar requirements.

• Explain solar solutions and coordinate with the technical/design team.

• Arrange customer meetings and follow up on quotations.

• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.

• Negotiate with customers and support order closure.

• Maintain daily sales/lead records and reports.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

*Requirements:*

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication.

• Confident in customer interaction and sales calls.

• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.

• Willingness to learn solar products and solutions.

• Freshers with good communication and sales ability can apply.

• Solar/electrical/B2B sales experience will be an advantage.

*Performance:*

Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, meetings, follow-ups, conversions and sales achievement.

*Career Growth:*

BDE / Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive → Team Leader / BDM
