Job Description
IndiaMART Sales Executive (B2B Sales)
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle incoming IndiaMART inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
2. Contact leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
3. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
4. Convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients.
7. Update customer details and sales records in Excel/CRM.
8. Coordinate with the dispatch and production teams for order processing.
9. Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
Requirements
1. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
2. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati is an advantage).
3. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp).
4. Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
