Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a professional and friendly shopping experience.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, specifications, benefits, pricing, and offers.
  • Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
  • Generate sales through effective product presentation and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other required documents.
  • Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and visual presentation.
  • Keep updated with product knowledge, new arrivals, schemes, and promotions.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
  • Coordinate with inventory, billing, delivery, and other departments.
  • Maintain customer records and update sales information regularly.
  • Support promotional activities and showroom events when required.
  • Ensure proper handling of products and maintain showroom stock awareness.
