Job Description


  • ​Customer Engagement & Sales:
  • ​Welcome walk-in customers warmly and understand their needs and preferences.
  • ​Introduce products, explain key features, demonstrate samples/testers, and answer customer queries.
  • ​Actively upsell and cross-sell related products, current promotions, and special bundle offers.
  • ​Meet or exceed individual and store daily/monthly sales targets.
  • ​Merchandising & Stock Management:
  • ​Keep the display counter, tester bottles/samples, and product racks clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing.
  • ​Monitor stock levels at the counter, restock shelves from the inventory room, and report fast-moving or low-stock items.
  • ​Check price tags, labels, and promotional banners for accuracy.
