Job Description
Job Title: QC Engineer (Mechanical)
📍 Location: Surat
💼 Experience: 3+ Years (Fabrication & Assembly Inspection)
🎓 Qualification: Mechanical Engineering Graduate
👥 Open Positions: 1
🎯 Age Criteria: 25 – 35 Years
👤 Gender: Male
💰 Salary: ₹3.0 – ₹4.0 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve overall quality standards in production processes
- Ensure zero rejection or deviations during inspection (pre-dispatch, site, and post-installation)
- Coordinate and get approvals from TPI (Third Party Inspection)
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings and documents
- Monitor production at various stages to minimize rework and final-stage rejection
- Attend TPI inspections and ensure successful clearance
- Maintain complete project documentation and quality records
- Submit reports for continuous improvement across projects
- Ensure shop floor safety and compliance with standards
- Maintain records of plant machinery maintenance to reduce breakdowns
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Fabrication & Assembly Inspection
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Understanding of quality standards and inspection procedures
- Familiarity with shop floor operations and safety practices
