Job Title: Packing Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Packing Associate to prepare products for shipment. The Packing Associate will inspect items, pack orders accurately and securely, apply shipping labels, and help maintain a clean and efficient warehouse or production area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack products according to customer orders and company standards.
• Inspect items for quality, accuracy, and damage before packing.
• Select appropriate boxes, packaging materials, and protective materials.
• Apply shipping labels, barcodes, and required documentation.
• Verify product quantities and order details.
• Seal, sort, and stage packages for shipment.
• Operate packing equipment safely, where applicable.
• Maintain accurate packing and inventory records.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Meet daily productivity, accuracy, and quality targets.
• Report damaged products, missing items, or order discrepancies.
• Follow company policies and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous packing, warehouse, manufacturing, or fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
• Basic communication and reading skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages as required.

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or production environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• May require lifting and moving packages.
• May include shifts, weekends, holidays, or overtime.
