Order Checking

We are hiring a detail-oriented E-commerce Order Processing Executive for our online godown department. This is a desk-based role for someone who understands how online marketplaces work and can manage order entries with speed and accuracy. You will be a key link between our sales channels and our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify all incoming online orders daily across e-commerce platforms
• Accurately enter and update order details into our internal order management system
• Cross-check order quantity, SKU, and dispatch details before handover to the packing team
• Maintain daily stock accountability records, track inventory in vs. inventory out
• Support with basic reconciliation of stock counts against system entries
• As required, assist with VMS (Vendor Management System) video-based packing verification work
• Flag order mismatches, stock shortages, or system errors to the reporting manager promptly
• Maintain clean, accurate, and updated records on desk, this role requires precision, not just speed

Required Skills & Experience:

• Basic to good understanding of how e-commerce platforms/marketplaces operate (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar)
• Comfortable using computers, Excel/Google Sheets, and order management software
• Prior experience in e-commerce back-office, order processing, or inventory data entry preferred
• High attention to detail, this role demands precise, error-free work
• Basic English/Hindi/Gujarati typing and data entry speed
• Willingness to learn VMS video packing verification and desk-based stock accountability tasks as the role grows
