Job Description
Job Role: MIS Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer, dealer, vehicle, and GPS device data.
- Manage GPS subscription, SIM, and server license expiry records.
- Track renewal dates and send timely reminders to customers.
- Maintain and manage data from multiple GPS tracking servers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Monitor pending renewals, payments, and customer records.
- Verify data accuracy and update records in the company software.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, and customer support teams.
- Maintain proper records of GPS activation, renewal, and service status.
- Perform other data management and reporting tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
