Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Saroli, Surat

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Accounts Assistant with 6 months–1 year of experience to support day-to-day accounting and billing activities in a textile company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day billing and accounting entries
• Manage purchase and sales entries
• Assist with GST and TDS-related accounting work
• Perform data entry and maintain financial records
• Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and supporting documents
• Maintain proper records of accounting transactions
• Coordinate with the senior accounts team for routine activities

Requirements:

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in accounting
• Basic knowledge of billing, purchase, and sales
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS
• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
• Good data entry skills with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain records and coordinate with the accounts team
