Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, bookkeeping, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain Sales & Purchase Entries in Tally.
- Prepare and manage Debit Notes & Credit Notes.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Handle daily accounting transactions and Tally software entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related documentation.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and GST.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
