Job SummaryWe are looking for a Fleet Inventory & Maintenance Executive to manage vehicle-related inventory and maintenance records. The role will involve managing urea, spare parts, and other maintenance materials while ensuring that required items are available on time for smooth fleet operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory of urea, spare parts, lubricants, and other vehicle maintenance materials.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts received, issued, and consumed.
• Track vehicle-wise spare-parts usage and maintenance history.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of required items.
• Coordinate with fleet and maintenance teams for daily requirements.
• Maintain records of vehicle greasing, servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Track pending and completed maintenance activities.
• Monitor consumption of urea and other regular vehicle maintenance items.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile inventory records.
• Identify slow-moving, excess, or shortage items and report them to management.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely availability of required materials.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and maintenance reports.
• Ensure proper documentation of all stock movements and maintenance-related activities.
• Support the maintenance team in minimizing vehicle downtime through timely availability of spare parts and materials.
• Candidate ProfileGraduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in fleet inventory, transportation, logistics, automobile, or vehicle maintenance.
• Experience with commercial vehicle fleet operations will be preferred.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and basic vehicle maintenance requirements.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and inventory records.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and record-keeping skills.
• Should be organized, responsible, and comfortable working in a fleet/transportation environment.
• Candidates from the transportation, logistics, fleet, automobile, or commercial vehicle industry will be preferred.
