Job Description

  • Generate B2B leads through international calling, WhatsApp, email marketing, LinkedIn and CRM.
  • Identify and approach jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors and buyers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: Lead → Follow-up → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Closure.
  • Achieve monthly sales revenue and individual targets.
  • Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and email to maximize conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, sales MIS, lead and follow-up records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Support team management, daily sales reviews and target tracking.
  • Train and coach sales team members on calling, product knowledge, client handling, follow-up, objection handling and closing techniques.
  • Share market feedback, customer requirements and competitor insights with management.
