Job Description
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruitment process. You will source, screen, and hire top talent while building a strong candidate pipeline that aligns with our business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates via job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offers including salary negotiations and background checks.
- Maintain ATS records and track key recruiting metrics.
Key Requirements
- Experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networks.
- Strong skills in communication, time management, and negotiation.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
