HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our skin and aesthetic clinic. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for various clinic and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/branch teams.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
• Coordinate documentation and joining formalities.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment reports.
• Work on bulk hiring and branch-wise recruitment requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Coordinate with branch managers and management regarding manpower requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
