Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter


Company: Jisha Enterprise Pvt Ltd


Location: Surat


Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 / month


Job Type: Full-Time | Junior Level


Key Responsibilities


  • Sourcing & Screening: Understand hiring needs, create JDs, source via job portals/social media, screen resumes, and conduct initial screening interviews.

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with management, follow up with candidates, and coordinate with external consultants when necessary.

  • Onboarding & Pipeline: Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles.

  • Tracking & Compliance: Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and enforce company hiring policies.

Requirements


  • Education: Graduation in BBA / MBA.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in recruitment.

  • Key Skills: Strong communication, expertise in candidate sourcing techniques, and multi-tasking capabilities.

  • Schedule: Mon–Sat: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.
