Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer

administration).

● Conduct structured onboarding, background/document verification, and induction sessions for new employees.

● Maintain up-to-date HR documentation, employee records, attendance, and leave management.

● Coordinate bi-annual and annual appraisal reviews and performance management systems.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for employee queries, requests, and dispute resolution.

● Plan and execute regular employee engagement initiatives, celebratory events, and team outings.

● Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, deductions, and attendance summaries accurately.

● Ensure strict compliance with internal HR policies, labor regulations, and organizational procedures.

● Work closely with department heads and project managers to anticipate hiring requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Minimum 0 to 2 years of proven HR experience within an IT software/services company.

● Solid understanding of IT job profiles, technical sourcing pipelines, and HR operational procedures.

● Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.

● Strong organizational aptitude with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

● Proactive, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to employee relations.

Nice to Have

● Hands-on experience with Superworks HRMS or equivalent modern HR software.
