HR Executive – Payroll & RecruitmentJob Location: Vesu, Shyam Mandir, Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

PositionHR Executive

• Job ResponsibilitiesManage monthly payroll processing and salary-related activities.
• Handle PF and ESIC registration, contributions, and compliance.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Handle joining formalities, employee documentation, and onboarding.
• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular HR reports.
• Coordinate with management regarding employee-related matters.
• Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries and HR administration.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate/MBA in HR or Human Resources preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Payroll, PF, and ESIC is required.
• Good understanding of recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation.
• Candidates who can independently manage payroll and recruitment will be preferred.

Salary₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
