Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end Pan India recruitment for sales & operations roles (BM, ABM, RE, etc.)
  • Manage bulk hiring for branch expansion
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies & job portals (Naukri, Indeed)
  • Screen candidates & schedule interviews with business teams
  • Manage offer rollout, negotiation & joining follow-ups
  • Maintain recruitment MIS & hiring tracker

Key Skills:

  • Pan India hiring experience
  • Vendor management
  • Strong communication & coordination
  • Ability to handle bulk hiring

Preferred:

  • Experience in NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan
