Job Description

Hardware Support: Set up and repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers,cctv and scanners.

Network Setup: Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches for steady internet.

System Maintenance: Install operating systems, software updates, and security patches.

User Support: Help staff solve daily tech and connection problems, any erp installation ad updation.

Security & Backup: Run antivirus updates and back up company data.

Vendor Management: To coordinate with vendor or find the new vendor about any pourchase, AMC or support.
