Job Description

Floor Manager – Jogi Ayurved Multi-Speciality Hospital

Location: Jahangirpura, Surat

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Open Positions: 4

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Industry: Healthcare / Ayurvedic Hospital


Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities on the assigned floor.
  • Assist patients and visitors with their queries and requirements.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and other hospital staff.
  • Ensure patients have a smooth, comfortable experience.
  • Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and overall floor operations.
  • Handle basic patient concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain proper communication between different departments.
  • Ensure the floor is organised and functioning smoothly throughout the shift.

Requirements

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Hindi and Gujarati communication will be preferred.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good coordination and basic problem-solving skills.


Training will be provided.
