Job Description

  • Generate leads for personal loans through field visits, references, and market activities.
  • Identify potential customers and explain personal loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
  • Visit customers, offices, and business locations to generate sales opportunities.
  • Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
  • Coordinate with the credit and operations teams for application processing and disbursement.
  • Follow up with customers on pending applications and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily sales reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
