Export Executive

We are looking for an Export Executive to manage export documentation, order processing and coordination with customers, vendors and logistics partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle day-to-day export activities

• Prepare and maintain export documents

• Coordinate with customers for orders and requirements

• Coordinate with shipping and logistics companies

• Prepare invoices, packing lists and other required documents

• Track shipments and update customers

• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders and transporters

• Maintain proper export records

• Follow up for shipment status and delivery

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely dispatch

• Support in preparing shipping and customs-related documents

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1–3 years of experience in Export / Import-Export

• Knowledge of export documentation

• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics process

• Good knowledge of MS Excel

• Good communication and follow-up skills

• Good coordination skills

• Knowledge of international shipping will be an advantage
