Job Description

Job Summary:


We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to handle franchise studio setup, machine installation, maintenance, repair, and technical support across India.


  • Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit new franchise locations and manage complete technical setup.
  • Install and configure detailing machines such as vacuum, extractor, steam machine, RO, pressure washer, and compressor.
  • Set up lighting, water lines, drainage, and electrical points as per company standards.
  • Test and commission machines after installation.
  • Provide basic machine-operation training to franchise staff.
  • Diagnose and repair machine breakdowns at franchise locations.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and AMC visits.
  • Replace faulty parts and recommend required repairs or upgrades.
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to franchise partners.
  • Maintain service records and submit reports after each visit.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs follow safety and operational standards.
  • Qualifications & SkillsITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience in machine installation, maintenance, repair, or field service.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, load management, and safety.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle field assignments.
  • Travel RequirementFrequent Pan-India travel is mandatory for studio setup, installation, AMC, maintenance, and technical support.
  • Candidate must be willing to travel at short notice.
  • Experience with automotive detailing or commercial equipment will be an added advantage.
