Job Description

Academic Counselor & Institute CoordinatorCoding Pro Academy is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Academic Counselor & Institute Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents to help them choose the right course.
  • Call and follow up with prospective students generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling.
  • Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Manage daily administrative operations of the institute.
  • Coordinate student batches, attendance, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in BCA, B.Sc. IT/CS, B.Tech, MCA, or a related IT field.
  • 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent communication in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
  • Good counselling, telecalling, and customer handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
