Job Title: Ecommerce Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Ecommerce Executive to support daily administrative, data management, and online store operations within our jewellery sales office. The ideal candidate will assist in managing product listings, order processing, and customer interactions across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage data entry, records, and documentation accurately

Handle product listing on platforms like Etsy and Shopify (titles, descriptions, pricing, tags, and images)

Upload and update product information, ensuring consistency and quality

Manage inventory and stock updates across platforms

Process and coordinate customer orders efficiently

Provide customer support, including handling inquiries and resolving issues

Assist in social media management and basic content updates

Perform basic image and video editing for product listings and promotions

Support general administrative and communication tasks

Requirements:

Basic English communication skills

Good typing speed with high accuracy

Familiarity with social media platforms

Basic image and video editing skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

• Experience in jewelry field (Marketplace or Website work)
• Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Basic understanding of reports or MIS

Salary:

As per experience

Working Hours:

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
