Job Description

📢 HIRING – E-COMMERCE ORDER EXECUTIVE

📍 Location: Surat, Gujarat

💼 Job Type: Full-Time

💰 Salary: Per Order Basis (18-25K)


We are looking for a responsible and friendly person to manage our online orders and customers.


🛍️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and process online orders

• Call/message customers regarding their orders

• Confirm orders and update order status

• Handle basic customer queries

• Maintain good relationships with existing customers

• Follow up with previous customers and generate repeat orders

• Update customer/order details

• Coordinate with the packing & dispatch team


👤 REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel & computer/mobile

• English & Hindi communication preferred

• Ability to speak politely and confidently with customers

• Freshers can also apply

• E-commerce/customer service experience will be an advantage
