Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management: Handle product listings, cataloging, and inventory management on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, and Myntra.

Order Processing: Manage daily incoming orders, tracking, and fulfillment updates.

Returns & Claims: Effectively manage returns, track standard losses, and file SPF / Safe-T claims for damaged or missing products on respective portals.

Advertisement Management: Create, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns (PPC) on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms to increase sales.

Software Knowledge: Experience in handling e-commerce management software/tools like Elasticom (or similar ERP/order management tools).

Price & Promotion: Update pricing, discounts, and participate in marketplace deals/events.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as an E-commerce Executive.

Skills: Strong knowledge of marketplace algorithms, ad management, and claim processes.
