Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities: Manage product listings on various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).
  • Update product details such as price, description, images, and stock availability.
  • Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Monitor online sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and discount offers.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to improve product visibility.

Ensure all listings comply with platform policies and brand standards.
