DESPATCH EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily dispatch activities and order processing.
• Prepare invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and dispatch documents.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
• Verify goods, quantities, and packaging before dispatch.
• Maintain dispatch registers, stock records, and delivery details.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle dispatch-related issues and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure goods are dispatched according to company procedures.
• Required SkillsBasic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation and logistics.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to manage multiple dispatch orders efficiently.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate.
• Experience: 1–3 years preferred in dispatch or logistics.
• Location: Sachin, Surat.
• Salary: As per experience and company standards.
• Working ConditionsFull-time position.
• Work from the company’s dispatch or warehouse department.
