Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our team in Sachin, Surat. The ideal candidate should have strong computer skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel, and prior experience in data entry roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the textile industry and good command of English.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate and timely data entry into spreadsheets and software systems
• Managing, updating, and maintaining various records and reports
• Preparing Excel reports using formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Ensuring data confidentiality and security
• Coordinating with internal teams for data collection and verification

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must be from Surat (preferably near or willing to travel to Sachin)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or related roles
• Good typing speed and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the textile industry
• Good communication skills in English
