Customer Support Executive

Argos Watch is looking for a Customer Support Executive who can give customers clear, thoughtful help throughout their experience with us—from choosing a watch and placing an order to delivery and after sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media in a timely, professional manner.
• Help customers with product information, order placement, payment issues, shipping updates, and delivery concerns.
• Coordinate with logistics, sales, and after sales teams to resolve complaints, returns, repairs, and warranty enquiries.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and keep customers informed until each issue is closed.
• Assist customers who need help completing an order, while making recommendations based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, complaints, resolutions, and follow ups.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights that can improve the customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably with an ecommerce, retail, fashion, or accessories brand.
• Strong spoken and written English and Hindi. Gujarati is an advantage.
• A calm, empathetic approach to handling complaints and difficult conversations.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several customer cases at once.
• Comfort using spreadsheets and customer support or CRM tools.
• An interest in watches and a willingness to learn the product range in detail.
