Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their requirements, resolve queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for customer retention, follow-ups, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products or services.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests professionally.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Track customer feedback and suggest improvements in service quality.
• Achieve customer retention, satisfaction, and relationship management targets.
• Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any discipline preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales, or customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups effectively.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
