We are a growing business specializing in seasonal and festival products, including crackers, Holi colors, Uttarayan kits, raincoats, and decorations. We serve both B2B (wholesale) and B2C (direct retail) customers. We are looking for energetic and reliable team members who want to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service: Assist B2B and B2C customers in finding the right products and provide a great shopping experience.

Store Management: Help manage daily operations, handle billing, and ensure customers are served efficiently.

Warehouse & Inventory: Manage stock within the warehouse, including receiving new shipments and organizing storage.

Logistics: Efficiently move and stack cartons/boxes of products to keep the flow of goods moving.

Maintenance: Keep the store and warehouse areas clean, tidy, and professional.

Teamwork: Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere and work well with others.

Requirements:

Physically Active: Comfortable with moving heavy cartons and staying on your feet during busy hours.

Multitasking: Ability to switch between helping a customer and organizing the warehouse.

Communication: Friendly and polite communication skills for dealing with various types of buyers.

Reliability: Punctual and honest with a strong work ethic.

Positive Attitude: Someone who brings good energy to the workplace.
