Job Description

- Job ResponsibilitiesRecruit, appoint, and develop insurance advisors/agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
- Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Generate life insurance business through the agency network.
- Support agents in lead generation, customer meetings, and policy closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure business growth.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide quality service.
- Education: Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience: Sales experience preferred;
- insurance or BFSI experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to work in the field and recruit insurance advisors.
