Job Description
Role Purpose
The Business Development Executive drives front-line customer acquisition — responding to leads, conducting demonstrations and closing deals across B2C and B2B segments. This is a hands-on, activity-driven role ideal for an ambitious salesperson who thrives on hunting, converting and growing a customer base.
Experience Required
1–3 years in sales; freshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude may apply.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, field visits, referrals, and digital prospecting
Respond to and convert inbound and assigned leads within the defined SLA.
Achieve the monthly sales target for new customers and revenue.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain the value of ANS solutions.
Maintain accurate daily activity, lead and opportunity records in CRM.
Follow up consistently on quotations and pending opportunities.
Coordinate with Operations for smooth installation and onboarding of new customers.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Hunger to acquire customers and achieve targets
Comfort with product demonstrations and customer conversations
Disciplined CRM and daily-activity habits
Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings.
