Job Description

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime.
  • Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
  • Prepare and verify GST invoices, credit notes, and debit notes.
  • Manage GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, as applicable.
  • Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase records and assist with input tax credit (ITC) verification.
  • Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
  • Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
  • Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return-related documentation, as applicable.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
  • Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and audit preparation.
  • Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and customers regarding accounting matters.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and GST regulations.
