Job Description

🔧 Responsibilities:


  • Maintain daily accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses)
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and GST-related work
  • Call customers for outstanding payment follow-ups
  • Manage and process sales orders
  • Maintain proper records of transactions and client data
  • Coordinate with clients and internal team for smooth operations


  • 📌 Requirements:


  • Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally or similar software preferred)
  • Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English)
  • Ability to handle customer calls professionally
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
  • Experience in accounting or sales support (preferred but not mandatory)


Please note: Candidates must be comfortable with the required shift timing from 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M.
