Accountant

Vyom Research LLP, a SEBI-registered Research Analyst firm based in Surat, is looking for an Accountant to independently handle the company's day-to-day finance and accounting function. This is a hands-on, full-ownership role — not just data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete bookkeeping and daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, bank transactions)
• Bank reconciliation across multiple bank accounts
• GST filing, TDS filing, and other statutory compliance
• Reconcile payment gateway revenue (Razorpay and others) with books
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and support in finalization of accounts
• Coordinate with CA/auditor for annual audits and tax filings
• Maintain and improve accounting workbooks/systems (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Handle invoicing, vendor payments, and payroll-related things
• Ensure timely compliance with all financial and regulatory deadlines

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian tax compliance
• Proficiency in Tally/Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication skills (Gujarati/Hindi/English)

Note: This role requires broad ownership of finance operations — the person should be comfortable handling everything from daily entries to compliance filings, working closely with the founders and coordinating with external CAs as needed.
