Travel Consultant – Sales & Operations
Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Location: Surat
Industry: Travel & Tourism
Main responsibilities:
• Handle domestic & international travel enquiries
• Prepare itineraries and quotations
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings
• Hotel, flight and sightseeing bookings
• Ticketing and amendments
• Visa/documentation coordination
• Web check-in, seats, meals and boarding-pass assistance
• Coordinate with B2B suppliers
• Maintain proper customer records
• Handle post-booking customer support
• Sales calling /visit if required
Ideal candidate: Good communication + sales attitude + travel knowledge + computer skills + responsibility.
